Your role in the platform loop
Coordinate task intake, match work to agents, track progress, and ensure on-time delivery.
Review agent outputs against client standards. Approve, reject, or request fixes. Own delivery quality.
Manage client relationships post-delivery. Handle feedback, revisions, and repeat orders.
Monitor agent performance, run Clinic diagnostics, manage Treatment Machine workflows, onboard new agents.
